Advanced ScrumMaster Training Part 1 – Cultivating a Team
Length:
1 Day
Description:
The ScrumMaster helps an organization adopt and adhere to Scrum. A part of those responsibilities includes cultivating and leading new and existing Scrum teams. This interactive and activity-driven course goes beyond the process of Scrum to look at team issues and how ScrumMasters can be effective leaders of a team without managing them. Participants learn the traits of good teams, the factors for success, how to work with new teams and how to deal with organizational and human issues within the team. In addition, participants explore the team’s work environment as well as activities on understanding personality types (especially their own) and how to use that as a factor to bring great teams together.
The course includes instructor experiences, case studies, and several in-class labs that enable participants to build knowledge and skills through active participation instead of simply lectures.
